He co-founded Veritas International in 2004, following a 16-year career in the Royal Marines. He was a member of the Special Boat Service for 10 years; after qualifying as a sniper, freefall parachutist, demolitionist and Forward Air Controller, he spent a year covertly operating in Northern Ireland. He then commanded specialist Long Range Insertion Craft, deploying globally on operational duties in support of the UK’s maritime counter, narcotics and terrorism strategy.

Neil develops new areas of business and ensures security services are delivered to the highest standard.

He co-founded the company in 2004 after a 13 year career in the Royal Marines. For seven years, he worked within the Special Boat Service. Like Simon, he qualified as a sniper, free-fall parachutist and Forward Air Controller. He gained further skills in demolitions and was recognised as an exceptional Special Forces training instructor. Neil deployed on active operations in a wide variety of demanding scenarios, and was instrumental in the success of several missions.
